Privacy Policy

According to the Law of Personal Data Protection, all data collected from our customers is considered confidential and used only to complete an order. It will not be shared, sold, or given to others.

1. Administrator – means Amocarat SA Czaniec (43-354), Krolewska street  1, entered into the National Court Register maintained by the District Court of Bielsko-Biala, VIII Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000375046, NIP: 5492324371, Identification Number: 120 563 374, which provides electronic services and stores and accesses information in the user devices.

2. Cookies - means the computer data, in particular small text files that are saved and stored on the devices through which the user uses the website.

3. Administrator  of cookies–cookies are published by the administrator, related to the provision of electronically services by the administrator through the service.

4. External cookies–cookies are published by the partners of administrator via the service.

5. Service - means a website or web application that administrator runs website service, acting  in the domain(s) sklep.obsessive.pl.

6. The device – is an electronic device through which the users get an access to the service.

7. User - the entity on whose behalf in accordance with the rules and law scan be provided electronically services ort o conclude a contract for providing electronically services.

 

II. Types of using cookies

1. Using cookies by the administrator are safe for the user. In particular, this route is not possible to penetrate the user equipment by viruses or other unwanted software or malware. 1. The administrator uses cookies own for the following purposes:

IV. Possibilities to determine the conditions of storage or getting an access for cookies
